A failing concrete patio replacement and custom stepping stone pathways transformed this North Van property front to back
A paver driveway extension, stepping stone path and a gravel firepit with repurposed clay brick border gave this Squamish yard a whole new feel.
Old lawn out, easy living in: a new slab walkway and patio with river rock infill and a new front driveway transformed this front and backyard into a low-maintenance retreat.

This North Van project transformed the property from front yard to back. In the front yard we removed the old lawn and installed a curved stepping stone path using large format modern slabs. We installed raised garden beds on the side. In the back, we demolished and removed an old failing concrete patio and fixed up the perimeter drainage along the house. We then installed a new slab patio with a surface drain. In the backyard, we removed the lawn and installed a Yaletown Basalt stepping stone path. Basalt treads tie the elevation changes together.

This Squamish client came to us looking to clean up and elevate her backyard ahead of putting her house on the market.
We extended her existing driveway with a herringbone pattern paver installation, adding functional space off the back deck. In the backyard we built a circular gravel firepit area centered on a steel firebowl. We framed it using clay bricks she already had on hand, keeping costs down. We also installed a stepping stone pathway around her deck and connected it with a path previously installed along the side of the house.

This Squamish project replaced a water hungry, high maintenance back lawn with a clean, modern hardscape design built for low upkeep. We installed large format Newstone Espresso concrete slabs bordered with river rock to create a walkway and patio space. In the front yard, we installed a 3-piece cobble-style paver by Belgard.

As an owner-operated business, you'll work directly with me from your initial consultation through the final walkthrough. I personally oversee every project, maintain clear communication throughout the process, and stay focused on the job until it's completed to the highest standard.
